Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sort Jam mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.   If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.   You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The App may offer virtual items for purchase. These purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play.   Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-refundable, except as required by law. You do not own these virtual items; you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the App.

Multiplayer and Social Features

The App may include social and multiplayer features such as leaderboards, friend invites, and sharing tools. You agree to use these features responsibly and respectfully.   We may disable or remove social features for users who violate our community standards or these Terms.

Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and use third-party services, such as analytics or ad networks. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or other unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
- Disrupt or interfere with the App, servers, or networks.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, gameplay mechanics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Zengaming Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.   We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.   Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
